We are still shipping as normal but delivery may be delayed to due carrier restrictions (more likely in the case of international orders).
Customers are offered one or more of the following shipping options

After an order is placed we endeavor to ship the order the next working day.
Any customs and import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not take responsibility for any products held by customs or border officials or agencies.
Fulfillment is from Monday to Friday (inclusive), all goods will require a signature upon delivery. Where customers specifically request to be able to select for parcels to be delivered without a signature, the customer accepts full responsibility in case the parcel/product is damaged, lost, or stolen.

Orders must be placed before the cut-off (found on the checkout page) to be guaranteed for same day dispatch. While Getcannab will try to fulfill as many orders as possible, where orders are placed after the cut-off, we reserve the right to process them the following working day.
Where courier parcels cannot be delivered because of incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer not present, the courier will charge 5 EUR to return the product to base. If customer wishes to have the parcel re-sent, the return cost, as well as the new postage cost, will become payable. If customer requests a refund instead of re-delivery, a refund is issued minus the cost of delivery and the cost of return.
Additional delivery policy disclaimer:
- The seller is fully responsible for the order delivery process and for all relationships with the courier service related to the payment of their services
- The seller must ship the goods no later than the next day after receiving the order from GetCannab.com

REFUND SCENARIO 1: 14-DAY PERIOD
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods to return and cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us of this decision by email to email@example.com with your order reference number and intention to cancel.
We can only accept returned items that are in resalable condition i.e. unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We will then provide a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the item(s). We advise that you obtain a proof of postage when you return the item.
REFUND SCENARIO 2: MERCHANT FAULT / DAMAGED PRODUCT
In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a merchant fault, or a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org attaching photos of the items where possible, and letting us know your order reference number. We aim to respond to messages within 24 hours. Please note that some investigations can take longer.
In case an incorrect product has been received, the customer must refrain from opening the packaging and should contact Getcannab via email as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or alternative compensation. Getcannab has the right to request the incorrect item back and any item that is opened is deemed to be acceptance of that product.
Where a vendor fault has been confirmed we will provide a refund within 14 days and postage costs will also be refunded on submission of proof of cost of postage.
All returns items must be sent to us using tracked (and we recommend insured) mail.
Where the product has had to be shipped from overseas, we cannot offer refund on import duties.
If a returned item is found not to be faulty under testing, then you will be required to pay the cost of return postage.
Please note, that an exchange of a product is executed only via the return, refund, and placement of a new order.
